Recently, as you know, we have seen exponential growth with our platform! While we are excited in how we are supporting schools, teachers and pupils, we are aware that this growth has caused challenges at busy times with the site availability. Over the last few days, we have made significant improvements to the scalability of the site, performance and resilience (including making DU run out of 3 data centres). However, we do understand that should it break when you need it most, we are falling short at the moment.
