At Planpanion, after two years of development, we're FINALLY launching our brand new maths curriculum. Behind the scenes, we've been busy creating and editing our refreshed content that meets our heightened quality control standards. Now, we've started to upload these to planpanion.co.uk so you can 'Get September ready!' We're convinced that we have a plan to create STRONGER mathematicians... 

All fluency tasks, small step overviews and selected curriculum documentation will be available to any teacher or any school for FREE without the need for a subscription. This allows any setting to adopt our Planpanion approaches!

Behind our paywall, we will offer additional resources, including reasoning and problem solving tasks, answer sheets and teaching slides, for a complete teaching package.

Following feedback from subscribers, we acknowledge the value in which individuals use our resources to supplement other schemes. Given that all resources are made to meet the National Curriculum, there will be 'common ground' but we encourage you to be cautious with this. 

Supported by research, we highly recommend fidelity to a single curriculum to ensure that you continue to resource your lessons using a structure with robust coverage, sequencing and progression. 

We cannot encourage the use of our resources alongside other copyrighted schemes as they may not teach using the same representations or apply the consistent use of vocabulary. 

People often ask us to align our content to White Rose / NCETM Prioritisation Curriculum. These are both copyrighted curriculums and resource sites - such as ourselves - are not permitted to produce content to align to these initiatives. If you are using these curriculums, it is our view that these curriculums are resourced most effectively by the provider. 

If you wish to learn more about our NEW Planpanion Maths Curriculum, we have created an online event 'Delving Into Our New Maths Curriculum' to inform you about the key features. The event is a chance to...

1. have an awareness of recent educational reports.
2. understand the key features of our Planpanion Maths Curriculum.
3. know how our Planpanion Maths Curriculum uses spiralling and interleaving.
4. recognise how our Planpanion Maths Curriculum's documentation will ensure coverage, progression and sequencing of the National Curriculum for your school.
   

We need to make you aware that we will be removing our old content labelled 'Maths Scheme V2022' in stages. This means that when equivalent refreshed packs in our new maths curriculum are launched, the older content will be discontinued. 

If you wish to continue using our old content, you will need to download and store this on your device. However, please remember that you must have a valid subscription (which acts as a license) to continue its use.

At Planpanion, we support tree planting with Treeapp because we're committed to making our planet GREENER. For each class renewing or subscribing to planpanion.co.uk from January 2024, we have been planting a tree to offset your printing. So far, we've planted over 1,800 trees and we're the first resource site - to our knowledge - to implement such an eco-friendly initiative in our sector.
